Main Responsibility

1. Overall processing of HR Operations Processes

2 Payroll Processing to be processed with 95% accuracy and payouts within timeframe

3.Full & Final Settlements to be settled within TAT.

4 Labour Law Compliances

5. Process Improvements and Digitisation

Education :

Graduate from any stream

Experience : 3 to 4 yaers of experience
