Position: Head of Human Resources
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Experience: 15+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in high-growth/startup environments
Industry: EdTech / Consumer Internet / B2C Startups

Role Overview:
As the Head of HR, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the people agenda to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring an agile and scalable HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with the Founders & CXOs to align HR strategies with business goals
Lead the HR vision in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
Drive a high-speed hiring engine for tech, product, content, sales, and operations teams
Build a compelling employer brand across campuses and experienced talent pools
3. Culture & Engagement:
Champion a culture of performance, innovation, and ownership
Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
4. Performance & Rewards:
Oversee PMS design and implementation (OKRs/KRAs)
Create a robust rewards, recognition, and incentive framework
5. HR Operations & Compliance:
Streamline HR processes, HRMS systems, and compliance frameworks
Ensure adherence to labor laws, employee grievance redressal, and documentation
6. Learning & Development:
Build and scale internal capability building programs
Enable leadership development and succession planning
Key Requirements:
MBA in HR from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferred
Proven experience (10+ years) in leading HR for high-growth companies (EdTech, Consumer Tech, Startups preferred)
Strong grasp on scaling teams, hyper-growth dynamics, and people operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Prior experience in a founder-driven, fast-paced environment is a plus
