Position: Senior HR Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, drafting and implementing HR policies, overseeing training and development programs, and conducting employee engagement surveys. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Grievance Handling

Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.

Conduct investigations and provide fair and consistent resolutions.

Develop and implement grievance handling procedures.

Policy Drafting

Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Communicate and educate employees on HR policies and guidelines.

Training & Development

Design and implement effective learning programs to enhance employee performance.

Identify training needs through performance reviews and feedback.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Employee Surveys

Develop and conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.

Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights.

Recommend and implement strategies to boost engagement and morale.

General HR Management

Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members.

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Learning & Development

Track individual employee training progress.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Learning & Development policy.

Maintain and update the company employee handbook.

Employee Data Management

Maintain a complete and accurate database of all employees.

Regularly update HR systems and organograms with employee information.

Manage master data records efficiently.

Performance Management

Oversee probation and appraisal processes, ensuring timely communication of outcomes.

Coordinate annual and midyear reviews and consolidate feedback.

Ensure timely contract renewals and related documentation.

Data & Document Management

Maintain HR files, including employee personal files, recruitment records, and compliance documents.

Ensure all data and documentation are updated, accurate, and secure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.

Proven expertise in grievance handling, policy drafting, and training program development.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
