About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with leadership and functional teams to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fast-paced or startup environments and will act as a strategic advisor while ensuring seamless HR execution. This role is critical in building a high-performance, employee-centric culture aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering & Talent Strategy

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate business goals into people strategies.

Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Advise managers on organizational design, role clarity, and capability building.

2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support leadership, niche, and volume hiring needs.

Ensure timely hiring aligned with business growth plans.

Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies.

3. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exits.

Ensure smooth coordination with payroll, HR operations, and compliance teams.

Support implementation and adoption of HRIS and automation initiatives.

4. Performance Management & Employee Relations

Drive performance management processes, goal setting, reviews, and development plans.

Act as a point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

Coach managers on performance issues, feedback, and people management best practices.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

Implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks in alignment with company values and labor laws.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance standards.

Recommend policy improvements based on business needs and employee feedback.

6. Culture, Engagement & Change Management

Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture.

Support change management initiatives during organizational growth or restructuring.

Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and a positive employee experience.

Key Requirements

8–12 years of overall HR experience, with significant exposure as an HR Business Partner.

Strong understanding of HRBP frameworks, employee relations, and performance management.

Hands-on experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in startup or fast-growth environments preferred.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR systems.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
