Job Summary

The Chief People Officer (CPO) is a strategic leader responsible for shaping the organization’s human capital strategy to drive business growth and innovation. This role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture, aligning people strategy with business objectives, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.

Partner with the executive leadership team to influence business strategy through people insights and data.

Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance company agility and competitiveness.

Talent Management & Acquisition

Oversee strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining diverse top talent.

Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development programs.

Drive performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.

Culture & Engagement

Act as a steward of the company culture, ensuring it supports innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration.

Monitor and enhance employee engagement through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.

Leverage HR technology to optimize processes and improve employee experience.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver exceptional value to the organization.

Foster leadership alignment and build capabilities to meet current and future business needs.

Drive employee learning and development programs that align with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven track record as a senior HR leader (e.g., CHRO, VP of HR) in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Strong understanding of HR compliance, laws, and regulations.

Experience driving DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive environments.
