We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with hands-on expertise in using Zimyo for HR processes. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and support organizational objectives through efficient HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Manage day-to-day HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and payroll processing.

Ensure accurate employee data management and maintenance in the Zimyo platform.

Zimyo Administration:

Configure and maintain HR workflows within the Zimyo system.

Generate reports and analyze HR metrics using Zimyo to support decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.

Employee Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and system usage.

Conduct training sessions to familiarize employees with Zimyo features.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and other documentation.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in HR processes using Zimyo and other tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 1 year of experience using Zimyo.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in Zimyo HRMS (mandatory).

Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in HR-related courses (e.g., SHRM, PHR).

Experience in implementing or optimizing HR software solutions.
