Manager Talent

Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

Identify and assess talent needs, both current and future.

Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Develop and manage metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Hiring Process Management:

Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

Source, screen, and interview candidates.

Conduct background checks and reference checks.

Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Skills:

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
