We are currently looking for HR Associates / Headhunters for our Gurgaon office. Roles and responsibilities: 
Job Description: 
• Strong exposure in the End to End Recruitment cycle. 
• Good Experience in Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications given by business. 
• Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments. 
• Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding. 
• Capable of handling work pressure and targets. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Comfortable for Individual Contribution. 
Team player with excellent communication skill 
Selection process – Screening call + Online test on Video call , cold calling demo + Two rounds of interview + Reference check and offer
