Roles

Drive Sales:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer base and market share.

Onboard Hospitals / Business Expansion:

• Lead efforts to onboard new hospitals onto theplatform, leveraging persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and diversify revenue streams

Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders in Hospitals:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, doctors, and

finance managers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and

professional manner.

Sales Planning and Review /Sales Operations:

• Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.

Responsible for Zone P&L:

• Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

• Monitor financial performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any variances or challenges.

Empanel key corporates through corporate tie-ups and hospital camps:

• Organize and facilitate hospital camps in collaboration with corporate partners to showcase offerings and engage with potential clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at driving corporate adoption.

Requirements

1. Post Graduate / Master’s degree (Preferred) in Marketing /Sales/Business or similar.

2. Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience.
