Managing and Monitoring of day to day activities in Retail Underwriting Error free underwriting with valid discrepancies and TAT. Preparing and Review of MIS
2 Maintain pre-policy process within TAT & ensure that there are Diagnostic center’s empanelled as per requirements of Pan India branchesQuality improvement in the process to cater to the Business needs
3 Trainings & effective communication with all departments and branches Product & underwriting process knowledge to internal and external customers
4 System related activities -BRD preparation ,Testing of Systems and Calculators.Products to be available for sourcing though
various channel sources.
5 ISO data workings & updation . Adhering to ISO process & regular data updation.
6 Managing the team
