Role Overview
​
We are seeking an experienced \*\*Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Lead\*\* who can manage full-cycle recruitment, lead a team, and contribute commercially through account management and profitability ownership. This is a strategic remote role requiring both delivery excellence and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities\*\*

Recruitment Leadership​
\* Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid to senior-level roles
\* Drive sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and closures
\* Maintain high candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction
​
Team Management​
\* Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters
\* Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and quality
\* Build hiring best practices and delivery frameworks
​
Account & Client Management​
\* Own client relationships and hiring mandates
\* Understand client business needs and workforce planning
\* Ensure consistent delivery and client retention
​
Commercial Ownership​
\* Manage recruitment profitability and margins
\* Track revenue targets, closures, and pipeline health
\* Identify upsell/cross-sell hiring opportunities
​
​
Required Experience
​
\* 4-6 + years in recruitment (agency or consulting preferred)
\* Proven team leadership experience
\* Exposure to account management and client engagement
\* Strong understanding of recruitment economics (fees, margins, closures)
\* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
​
