Savanna HR is looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to support ongoing Non-Technical hiring mandates across startups and growing organizations.
This is a remote, performance-driven opportunity for recruiters who are comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment with ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and references
• Screen and shortlist relevant candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain strong candidate experience and communication
• Ensure timely closures and quality hiring delivery
Eligibility Criteria
• Prior experience working with a recruitment agency is mandatory
• Experience in Non-Technical hiring across multiple industries/functions
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
