Senior Recruiter – Non-Tech- Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is a remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter who has worked on non-tech mandates and has led leadership hiring across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end ownership of recruitment cycle – sourcing to joining
- Independently handle clients and manage their recruitment needs
- Execute leadership & mid-senior level hiring across sectors (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.)
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, review their performance, and ensure delivery targets are met
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and engagement
- Drive performance metrics – TAT, quality of hire, client satisfaction

Desired Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in agency hiring (non-tech)
- Strong client handling & communication skills
- Experience in hiring for leadership roles
- People management and mentoring experience is a plus
- Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools and Excel
- High sense of urgency and ownership
