We are looking for \*\*result-oriented Non-Tech Recruiters

who understand that offers don’t happen by luck , they happen by process

This role is ideal for recruiters who are disciplined in sourcing, structured in execution, and focused on closures rather than activity.

Please read the requirements carefully before applying. This role is not for freshers or generalists without hands-on closures.

Key Responsibilities

\* Own \*\*end-to-end recruitment\*\* for Non-Tech roles (mid & senior levels)

\* Source candidates through \*\*LinkedIn, employee referrals, free job portals, and internal talent pools

\* Build and maintain a \*\*strong, reusable candidate pipeline\*\*

\* Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, stability, and intent to join

\* Manage candidate communication from first contact to offer closure

\* Track hiring progress, identify \*\*bottlenecks\*\*, and take corrective action

\* Work in a \*\*process-driven manner\*\* with clear daily and weekly outcomes

\* Maintain accurate recruitment data and status updates

Must-Have Skills & Experience

✔ 2–3 years of \*\*hands-on Non-Tech recruitment experience\*\*

✔ Proven experience in \*\*closing mid and senior-level Non-Tech roles\*\*

✔ Strong sourcing expertise using \*\*LinkedIn, referrals, free job sites, and internal databases\*\*

✔ Experience working in a \*\*work-from-home / remote setup\*\*

✔ Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without supervision

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ \*\*Outcome-focused mindset\*\* (productivity measured by closures, not activity)
