Talent Research Associate

Description

We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful individual to join our team as a Talent Research Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality talent through various digital and social platforms, maintaining robust talent databases, and facilitating seamless interactions with our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed talent sourcing through LinkedIn, social media, and relevant online communities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and structured information.
- Engage with potential candidates via InMails, DMs, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interactions between candidates and recruiters.
- Conduct initial outreach and nurture passive talent pools.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and deliver relevant talent leads.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong research and online sourcing skills; should be highly proficient in LinkedIn.
- Excellent reading, observation, and analytical skills.
- Proactive and self-driven; must be able to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse talent.
- Actual problem-solving mindset – able to think critically and troubleshoot sourcing challenges.
- Experience in using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM/ATS (preferred but not mandatory).
