Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join
our finance team. With a minimum of 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry,
the ideal candidate will bring in-depth financial expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a
thorough understanding of the intricacies of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and
corporate governance specific to the manufacturing sector.
The CA will oversee financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial
decision-making, and will play a key role in driving financial performance and improving
business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centralize and standardize financial operations across multiple units
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Lead audits, tax planning, and financial risk management
- Implement and optimize ERP (SAP) for financial reporting and analysis
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop accounting teams across locations
Key Requirements:
• CA qualification with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably auto components
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP) implementation and operations
• Proven track record in financial consolidation, taxation, and cost management
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel between multiple units
