What will you do as the Business Development Manager
● Manage your own pipeline of prospects from lead generation to paying customer;\s\s
● Create a database of prospects and target customers with complete contact\s\s
information;\s\s
● Supported by in-house training and support, you will become an expert in our clients\s\s
overall value proposition, products and tools;\s\s
● Conduct web product demonstrations encompassing both technical and non-technical\s\s
aspects of the product offer;\s\s
● Identify new business opportunities including channel and other partnerships;\s\s
● Engage directly with decision makers in marketing agencies and medium sized\s\s
businesses.\s\s
● Conduct systematic market research to generate high quality leads and identify key\s\s
players;\s\s
● Maintain accurate and complete customer records, and activity and pipeline reports\s\s
within Pipedrive and other CRM tools;\s\s
● Achieve and report on key KPIs agreed with the Business Head.
**Skills Required:**\s\s
● You should be a 'Sales Rockstar' with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and a\s\s
proven track record of working in B2B, B2C sales;\s\s
● Excellent research, planning and organization skills;\s\s
● Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone and in person while\s\s
maintaining established sales quotas;\s\s
● Prior experience in a SaaS sales capacity, ideally in the creative industries sector;\s\s
● Technology savvy and proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation\s\s
and other business tools;\s\s
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively;\s\s
● Strong work ethic and pro-activeness;\s\s
● Passion for selling and enthusiastic self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
