Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our
supply chain operations through your expertise in various aspects of the supply chain. Your
responsibilities will encompass a range of strategic and operational functions aimed at
optimizing city performance and ensuring the seamless integration of delivery partners into our
operations.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Expertise-
● Demonstrate proficiency in supply chain planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory
management, and logistics.
● Execute end-to-end supply acquisition and activation processes.
Stakeholder Relationship Building:
● Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and
mutually beneficial partnership.
City Performance Enhancement:
● Strategically drive projects focused on enhancing city performance through rigorous
supply and activation analysis.
● Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify operational bottlenecks and
opportunities for optimization.
Delivery Partner On-boarding:
● Orchestrate seamless on-boarding processes for delivery partners, ensuring a smooth
integration into our operational framework.
● Manage first, mid, and last-mile tracking to enhance overall efficiency.
Operational Optimization:
● Conduct cost assessments of partners and execute incentive strategies to maximize
performance and profitability.
Relationship Management:
● Nurture key relationships with vendors and other stakeholders critical to the success of
our partnerships.
Data-driven Decision Making:
● Provide relevant data to strategic leadership for impactful decision-making and project
implementation.
Team Engagement and Alignment:
● Foster team engagement and alignment with partners to create a collaborative and high-
performing work environment.
Strategic Mapping:
● Strategically map and facilitate the on-boarding of delivery partners, ensuring alignment
with company operations and objectives.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree.
● 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, partnerships, or related roles.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
