Key Responsibilities:\s\s
● Develop and execute strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth from\s\s
existing accounts.\s\s
● Lead and mentor the customer success team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to\s\s
ensure high performance and continuous improvement.\s\s
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of\s\s
contact and trusted advisor.\s\s
● Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to identify opportunities for upselling\s\s
and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.\s\s
● Analyze client usage data and feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform\s\s
product/service development.\s\s
● Develop and implement processes and systems to effectively track and measure client\s\s
satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth metrics.\s\s
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success to maintain a\s\s
competitive edge.\s\s
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote\s\s
customer success initiatives and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:\s\s
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; MBA or advanced\s\s
degree preferred.\s\s
● 5-7 years of experience in a senior leadership role in customer success, account management,\s\s
or related field.\s\s
● Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention in a B2B environment.\s\s
● Strong leadership abilities, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.\s\s
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\s\s
● Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\s\s
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities\s\s
effectively
