General Manager Finance\s\s
Location: Gurgaon
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented General Manager in Finance to lead ourfinance team and play a key role in driving the company’s strategic growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, from accounting and reporting to financial analysis and planning. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior management, providing insightful financial guidance and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting,\s\s
and cash flow management.
1. Should have experience in the due process of Series A to Series D fund raising\s\s
(Preferably)
1. Lead the finance team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize investment opportunities.
1. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
1. Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders.
1. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
1. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.\s\s
Qualifications:
1. CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
1. Minimum of 6-8+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a similar industry.
1. Strong understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
1. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies.
1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
1. Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
