Description
As a Senior Product Manager, your role is to ensure that the right things get done. At a high level, this involves defining a clear product vision and outlining what is required to achieve it. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage multiple facets of product development and ensure seamless coordination across teams. At the core, you will build a strong foundation of knowledge around user needs, technical constraints, and design goals—acting as a bridge between business, design, and engineering.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide clear vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the team always has a well-prepared and prioritized backlog.
- Plan, prioritize, and refine the product backlog and development roadmap.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Assess value, build business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to maximize impact and align with product strategy.
- Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and detailed elaboration of user stories.
- Plan and manage product release cycles and set clear expectations for feature delivery.
- Actively identify and mitigate risks or impediments that may impact sprint or release goals.
- Research and analyze market trends, user needs, and product roadmap opportunities.
- Track competitor offerings and broader industry developments.
- Stay updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and emerging product management trends.
About You
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant Product Management experience in web or mobile products, preferably SaaS-based.
- Hands-on experience working as a Product Manager using Scrum methodology.
- Strong understanding of Agile processes and principles.
