Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Regional Recruitment Manager (insert country) at Tetr College of Business. As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for driving student enrollment in your assigned region. This includes creating and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting information sessions, attending college fairs and events, and building relationships with high school guidance counselors and education agents. Additionally, you will provide support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process. This part-time opportunity has the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.
Qualifications
Experience in student recruitment and admissions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Understanding of the higher education landscape
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
