Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.
Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI,
etc.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives.
Implement strategies for lead generation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion rate
improvement.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners when required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, remarketing, and programmatic buying.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar).
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in performance marketing (depending on level).
Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and achieving strong ROI.
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
