Key responsibilities:
1. Counselling Operations & Team Leadership
2. Lead, train, mentor, and groom offline centre counsellors to improve walk-in to conversion ratios and overall counselling effectiveness.
3. Set performance targets, track KPIs, and drive consistent achievement of counselling and enrolment goals.
4. Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and capability-building workshops for counsellors.
5. Ensure adherence to counselling SOPs, quality standards, and ethical counselling practices.
6. Student Counselling & Career Guidance
7. Oversee and support counselling for UG aspirants across multiple career pathways.
8. Ensure high-quality, student-centric counselling experiences aligned with academic goals and aptitude.
9. Handle escalations, complex cases, and high-value counselling interactions when required.
Career Awareness & Outreach
1. Plan and conduct career awareness workshops in schools, junior colleges, and tuition institutes
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, and coaching institutes.
3. Represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, and offline events
Possess strong knowledge of career pathways across UG, Law, Integrated MBA, Psychology, and new-age careers.
