Role Description
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the HR team, overseeing HR
policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour and
employment laws. Additionally, the Head of Human Resources will be responsible for
strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) Management skills
• Expertise in Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Ability to manage and maintain positive employee relations
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills Strong interpersonal and communication
skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
•PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources
