Position Overview
This position requires a blend of skills in student recruitment, program execution, and career
services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions from the Middle East,
ensuring an exceptional student experience during their 4-month stay, and securing placement
opportunities in Dubai and the broader Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment and Admissions:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier students from the Middle East.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and seminars.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational consultants, high schools, and universities
to create a strong recruitment network.
• Manage the admissions process for Middle Eastern students, ensuring a smooth and positive
experience.
2. Program Execution:
• Oversee the delivery of the 4-month program in Dubai, ensuring high standards of
educational quality and student satisfaction.
• Coordinate with faculty, local businesses to create a rich learning environment.
• Facilitate business and cultural immersion activities for students to enhance their
understanding of the local market and culture.
• Ensure all logistical aspects of the program, including accommodation, transportation, and
classroom facilities, are managed effectively.
3. Career Services and Placements:
• Develop relationships with key industry players in Dubai and the wider Middle East to
identify job opportunities for students.
• Organize networking events, company visits, and guest lectures to connect students with
potential employers.
• Provide career counselling and support to students, including resume building, interview
preparation, and job search strategies.
• Track and report placement success rates and continuously improve the placement process.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern educational landscape and job market.
• Experience in student recruitment and career services.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
