Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and Implement Integrated Marketing Strategies:
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create holistic marketing strategies that seamlessly
integrate offline and online initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
● Utilize market research and consumer insights to develop targeted marketing plans aligned with
the company’s goals and values.
2. Oversee Offline Marketing Initiatives:
● Lead and execute offline marketing efforts, including event planning, print advertising, direct mail
campaigns, television/radio advertisements, and other traditional marketing methods.
● Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of offline marketing campaigns.
3. Optimize Performance Marketing Channels:
● Manage digital advertising campaigns, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO),
search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing to drive online visibility and
customer engagement.
● Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize the
effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns.
4. Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
● Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, setting goals, and ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and company objectives.
● Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
5. Budget Management and Reporting:
● Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocate sources across various
marketing initiatives and campaigns.
● Provide regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
● 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in both offline and performance
marketing.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
● Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools, analytics platforms, and performance measurement
methodologies.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
teams and levels.
