Role- Head- SEO
Role Summary:
Lead and execute the strategy for Search Engine (SEO) and App Store Optimization (ASO) to drive organic growth and visibility. Oversee keyword research, content optimization, and performance analytics across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition and maximize ROI.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and ASO strategies to drive organic growth and improve visibility across web and app platforms.
● Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, app titles, descriptions, and other metadata for target audiences and algorithms.
● Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and app store analytics to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
● Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed, mobile-first optimization, and schema markup.
● Optimize app store assets (screenshots, icons, videos) and perform A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
● Monitor and adapt to algorithm updates, search trends, and competitor strategies to maintain rankings and visibility.
● Collaborate with content, product, design, and development teams to align efforts with business objectives.
● Lead and mentor a team of SEO and ASO specialists, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
● Define and track KPIs to measure the success of SEO and ASO initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
● SEO and ASO Expertise: 5+ Years of experience in developing and executing successful SEO and ASO strategies, with in-depth knowledge of search engine and app store algorithms.
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, App Store Connect, and other performance analytics platforms to inform decisions.
● Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical SEO practices, including website architecture, site speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and schema markup.
● Creative Optimization: Expertise in creating and optimizing app store assets (titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons) and executing A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
● Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align SEO and ASO strategies with broader business goals.
● Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
● Candidates with prior experience in Edtech Companies will be preferred.
