What will you do?
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing curriculum that is
relevant to industry trends and needs, and provides our students with practical
knowledge and skills required to succeed in their careers.
Work closely with the team to identify the right evaluation methods, build
projects that help students in a practical way, identify changes in the industry,
and make relevant changes to the content.
Manage teaching assistants and make sure that student queries are answered
in an effective and time-bound manner.
Evaluate student projects to ensure they meet industry standards and provide
personalised, constructive feedback to students to help them improve their
skills and understanding.
Conduct viva sessions to assess student understanding and comprehension
of the course materials. You will evaluate each student’s ability to apply the
concepts they have learned in real-world scenarios and provide feedback on
their performance.
Instructor – Digital Marketing 1
Create and conduct engaging and informative digital marketing classes that
incorporate real-world examples and hands-on activities to ensure student
engagement and retention.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide feedback
to students, and identify areas for improvement in the curriculum.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and trends in
digital marketing, and incorporate this knowledge into course materials and
instruction.
Work with the placements team to provide guidance and support to students
as they navigate their job search, including resume and cover letter reviews,
mock interviews, and career coaching.
💯 Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
A minimum of 2-3 years of industry work experience in digital marketing or a
related field. Teaching experience is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing, including Blogging
& Google Analytics, Content & Email Marketing, SEO, GEO, Google Search,
Display & Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, shopping ads, Google Tag Manager,
and Social Media Marketing.
Knowledge of AI tools like Copy.ai, Copilot, Adobe Firefly, Optimo, Perplexity,
ChatGPT, and Gemini.
Passion for teaching and a desire to impart practical knowledge to students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
and motivate students of all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional
design is a plus.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools
will be an added advantage.
