Responsibilities
Curriculum Alignment:
Review existing curriculum guidelines for English, Math, EVS, and Hindi across grades 1-5.
Ensure that lesson plans align with educational standards and learning objectives.
Lesson Plan Development:
Create detailed and well-structured lesson plans for each subject and grade level.
Incorporate diverse teaching methods, activities, and resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Design assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and comprehension.
Differentiation:
Develop strategies to differentiate instruction based on the varying learning needs of students within each grade level.
Provide accommodations and modifications to support diverse learners.
Resource Compilation:
Identify and compile relevant educational resources, including multimedia materials, worksheets, and supplementary materials to enhance lesson effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in curriculum development or lesson planning.
Strong understanding of educational standards and learning objectives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with diverse teaching methods and learning styles.
