Job Description:
•Responsible to handle the below listed directly or through the team assigned:
•Focus on Customer Success.
•Responsible for program implementation at schools as per SLA.
•Manage and conduct the Trainings for the schools (staff)
•Ensure product is implemented correctly and handhold school to use our product.
•Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure proper execution of the program.
•Manage & coordinate with internal stake holders i.e. Deployment, Sales team, Logistics and external holders i.e. Principal, School owners, vice principal, teachers and students.
•Responsible for customer engagement, retention, renewal and upsell.
•Report the metrics/ progress to the back-end team on the ongoing contracts, renewals, and extensions.
•Involves intensive travel (to schools locally or inter-city/ state based on the territory assigned)
