About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth Global Capability Center (GCC) that plays a strategic role in building AI-led, data-driven solutions for global enterprise platforms. The GCC works closely with international product, engineering, and security teams and owns end-to-end innovation across data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, real-world datasets and build production-ready AI and machine learning solutions with global impact.
Role Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will act as a technical expert and thought partner across multiple teams. You will design experiments, develop machine learning models, and translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end machine learning and AI initiatives from problem definition to production deployment
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and solve high-impact problems
Explore, analyze, and model large, complex, and unstructured datasets
Design, build, evaluate, and optimize ML/AI models, including generative AI use cases
Ensure best practices in model validation, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management
Package models and workflows for seamless integration into production systems
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong data science culture
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Hands-on experience with ML model development and deployment
Experience working with large and unstructured datasets
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data modeling
Experience with data visualization and storytelling
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Product-oriented mindset with focus on practical business outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience in cybersecurity, DevOps, or platform engineering domains
Prior experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment
