We are hiring an experienced AI / Generative AI Engineer for a rapidly growing FinTech startup building next-generation AI-powered financial products.

Key Responsibilities
Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Develop Generative AI solutions for automation and intelligent workflows
Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source AI models into products
Build AI agents and conversational AI systems
Work on prompt engineering and AI response optimization
Develop scalable backend APIs and AI microservices
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
Improve AI model performance, reliability, and scalability
Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy standards
