Description
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Trainer with strong hands-on sales experience to design and deliver practical, result-oriented sales training programs. The role requires someone who can translate real-world sales experience into actionable learning and drive performance improvement across sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Deliver hardcore sales training programs covering:
Prospecting & lead generation
Consultative selling & objection handling
Negotiation & closing techniques
Customer relationship management
Conduct role plays, simulations, and real-life case-based training sessions
Sales Capability Building
Coach sales teams to improve conversion rates, productivity, and field effectiveness
Identify skill gaps and customize training interventions accordingly
Work closely with sales managers to align training with business goals
Content & Reporting
Develop training modules, presentations, and learning material
Track training effectiveness and share daily/weekly performance reports
Use tools and analytics to measure training impact
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
10–15 years of total experience
5–7 years of core sales training experience
Prior experience as an individual sales contributor with a proven track record (2–3 years minimum)
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sales acumen with practical exposure
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, reporting, and training tools
Ability to influence, coach, and drive behavioral change
High energy with strong field orientation
