Role Overview
We are hiring a Personality Development Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions that enhance students’ communication, confidence, and overall employability. The role focuses on making students industry-ready through practical learning and behavioral transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sessions on:
Communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, listening)
Leadership and team building
Positive mindset, motivation, and self-development
Emotional intelligence and stress management
Behavioral concepts (Johari Window, SWOT, Transactional Analysis)
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and interview preparation sessions
Provide individual feedback and coaching to students
Drive measurable improvement in students’ personality and confidence
Track student progress and maintain training reports
Collaborate with placement and operations teams to ensure job readiness
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
10–20 years of experience in personality development / soft skills / behavioral training
Experience in training institutes, edtech, or corporate L&D preferred
Key Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent facilitation and storytelling ability
High energy and strong stage presence
Ability to connect with students and drive behavioral change
Reporting Structure
Functional Reporting: Centre Operations Manager / Regional Delivery Head
Administrative Reporting: Centre Operations Manager
Other Requirements
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to travel
