Description
Looking for a Manager – Performance Marketing to lead high-impact digital campaigns and accelerate growth.
What you’ll do:
✅ Own and scale performance campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn
✅ Manage monthly ad budgets of ₹1–3 Cr+ while optimizing CAC & ROAS
✅ Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition strategies
✅ Drive experimentation through A/B testing and performance insights
✅ Collaborate with creative teams to maximize campaign impact
We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Proven experience managing high-budget paid campaigns
✔️ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
✔️ Experience in EdTech, D2C, or high-growth startups (preferred)
✔️ A data-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
