IT Manager / Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient IT Manager / Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive digital transformation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and CRM system implementations

- Liasions with users from end users, mid-level to top management to refine the overall system competitive internally and externally.

- Oversee full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies

- Supervise and mentor a team of 3–5 full-stack, front-end and backend software engineers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives

- Integrate emerging technologies including AI, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions

Qualifications:

- 10–15 years of experience in the IT field, preferably within the education technology sector

- 5-8 years in IT managerial role, with proven experience in project management and team leadership

- Strong technical foundation in both front-end and back-end development

- Hands-on expertise with modern programming languages and frameworks

- Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile development practices

- Familiarity with both front-end (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (e.g., SQL, Python, Java) technologies

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and RAG pipelines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills.
