Job Description:
As a Dotnet Trainer with Content Development Experience with Automation testing and 
Manual Testing. you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Dot net full stack 
while also contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials. Your passion for 
technology, strong instructional skills, and content development expertise will be instrumental in 
helping our learners excel in the world of Full Stack development.
Requirements:
1. Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 10 and above).
2. Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies.
3. Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
5. Testing both Automation and manual.
6. Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions , catering to learners at 
various skill levels.
2. QC Framework : Develop a QC framework and perform quality check of the technical 
content to satisfy the client requirements
3. Content Development: Create and update training materials, including course outlines, 
presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
4. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in dotnet and angular technologies to provide 
hands-on guidance to trainees.
5. Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, 
fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
6. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code 
reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
7. Curriculum Enhancement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, 
continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional 
designers to enhance the overall training program.
9. Documentation: Maintain records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for 
reporting and continuous improvement.
10. Technical Resource: Serve as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees’ questions 
and providing guidance on complex development topics
