Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collecting Requirements from Client for conducting
Training/Course/Assessment/Hackathon
• Conduct Client Demo of Particular course content or project.
• Quality check Client Deliverables. Reviewing course content, training material,
Assessment Questions.
• Guide juniors in content creation and content quality.
• Take ownership and respond to client emails in absence of Team Member.
• Upgrade on various Tech Stacks and Certifications.

Requirement:
• 4 to 8 years of prior experience in training or equivalent history of increasing the
learning curve.
• Good in MEAN / MERN stack.
• Familiarity with working with clients of all sizes in a professional set-up.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly.
• Proven record of operating as an independent contributor.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
