Job Description:
We are looking for an international sales counsellor to pitch our global undergraduate program to
the prospective students and parents. This role is for the head of the outreach department,
specifically for the launch of our new global initiative Tetr College of Business. This role is pivotal in
promoting our undergraduate program to prospective students around the world. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for executing effective sales strategies, engaging with students and
parents, and ultimately driving enrolments for our globally recognized UG program.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote the UG program to
international students.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the needs of
prospective students.
• Engage with prospective students and parents through various channels, providing detailed
information about the program, admissions process, and benefits.
• Organize and participate in global outreach activities, such as webinars, education fairs, and
school visits, to increase program visibility.
• Maintain a strong relationship with enrolled students, ensuring a smooth transition to the
program.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with the
institution’s goals.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication
• At least 3-5 years of experience in international sales, specifically in the education sector,
with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in dealing with international clients/students and a deep understanding of
cultural nuances.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively
with a diverse range of individuals.
• Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive demeanor.
• High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with international students.
• Passionate about education and the role it plays in shaping futures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
