About the role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resource and Collaborator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classes, guiding students through practical projects, and providing support in content development.
****Responsibilities:** **
- Work with the content team at Internshala to develop a PGC program in Human Resources Management which includes :
- Creating Table of Contents (ToC)
- Developing video content
- Creating exhaustive associated content (quizzes, module tests, assignments, projects, etc.)
- Work with the Program Delivery Team to ensure a seamless delivery of the program which includes :
- Helping students with their questions through the forum within 24 hours.
- Take live sessions to teach concepts and resolve students’ doubts and help them with concepts, projects, case studies, etc.
- Conducting viva evaluations for assessing students’ subject-specific knowledge.
- Evaluate the assignments and projects submitted by students.
- Help students prepare for their placement through online sessions.
Who are we looking for?
- An expert in Human Resource Management with around 5-10 years of experience in the domain (both teaching and industry).
- Leverage online /offline teaching experience to deliver high-quality instruction to students.
- Produce high-quality video content to deliver lectures, demonstrations, and tutorials.
