Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies for engaging prospective students,
enhancing the pre-admission experience, and ensuring a high rate of offer acceptance.
• Experience Curation: Develop and curate personalized student experiences that align with it’s ethos and
educational objectives, ensuring students feel supported and engaged throughout their academic journey.
• Innovation and Engagement: Identify and implement innovative methods of student engagement to foster a
strong sense of community and belonging among students.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a cohesive
student experience. Lead a team dedicated to student engagement and experience.
• Feedback and Improvement: Establish mechanisms for regular feedback from students and other stakeholders,
using insights gained to continually enhance the student experience.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a key ambassador, promoting the school’s values and
programs through various channels and events.
