Description
We are looking for Head – Careers & Partnerships to lead our placement team – a team that provides expert guidance to students on career-orientated services & brings in the best internships/jobs for our learners of placement guarantee courses.
- Build strategy of products & content for guidance to students on their resumes, cover letters, & soft skills, and to prepare them for interviews to maximize their chances of selection.
- Responsible for enhancing existing students’ profiles, soft skills, and interview skills by planning career planning sessions and interviews regularly with existing vendors/in-house resources
- Source opportunities for students suitable to their profile and related to field of specialization
- Contact potential or existing business customers to inform them about our services
- Engage corporates and building relations with them to drive the recruiters to hire through Specialization
- Provide regular feedback to the product team to enhance overall product strategy to help improve placements.
- Provide regular feedback to the content and delivery team to enhance the academic curriculum and align it with corporate requirements.
- Lead the department of placements & corporate outreach to deliver the best result, implement best practices from the industry for the long-term growth of individuals as well as the department.
