**Experience **
Minimum 15+ years in academia/research, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Director, or Dean).
Research Track Record High-impact publications (Scopus/Web of Science), patents, and a history of securing external research grants.
Leadership Style Collaborative, data-driven, and capable of fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within the school.
3. Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a 5-year roadmap to elevate the school’s national and international rankings.
• Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum updates to ensure alignment with emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity).
• Faculty Development: Mentor junior faculty, lead recruitment of high-quality educators, and foster a culture of research.
• Industry Integration: Strengthen ties with the tech industry for internships, placements, and sponsored research labs.
• Accreditation: Lead the school through national (NBA/NAAC) and international (ABET) accreditation processes.
