Key Responsibilities:

Developing Marketing Plans: Formulating print product marketing strategies, positioning new products, and creating relevant marketing and promotion plans.

Content Creation: Developing marketing collaterals, catalogs, brochures, and e-brochures.

Sales Support: Undertaking product briefings and presentations to the sales team and at schools and colleges.

Workshop Organization: Organizing and conducting workshops in schools and other institutions.

Database Management: Building and maintaining databases of schools, colleges, and other relevant institutions.

Market Research: Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market research information.

Title Mapping: Mapping titles against syllabi and competitive products.

Review and Promotion: Working with key magazines, journals, and newspapers to get books reviewed and promoted.

Lead Generation: Identifying opportunities for lead generation and liaising with editorial and sales teams to develop marketing tools.

Target Market Identification: Identifying primary and secondary target market segments.

Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with school counselors and coordinators.

Event Participation: Attending educational fairs to promote the brand.

ATL & BTL Activities: Conducting Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line marketing activities, including digital media and road shows.

Training: Providing training to sales executives about products and services.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Graduate or MBA degree.

Experience: 5+ with experience in sales and marketing preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and soft skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with the education industry, textbook publishing, and marketing principles.
