Role: Sales Operations Manager
1. Process Architecture & CRM Management (LeadSquared)
Act as the chief architect & administrator of LeadSquared CRM.
Own CRM configuration, data integrity, and continuous evolution.
Lead data cleaning & scrubbing initiatives to make LeadSquared the single source of truth.
Design and automate lead routing & territory management for rapid, fair distribution.
Develop workflows, validation rules & automated reminders to drive sales discipline.
2. Reporting & Data-Driven Insights 📊
Build & maintain dashboards and reports for reps, managers, and leadership.
Track & analyze key B2B sales KPIs: pipeline generation, sales velocity, conversion, ACV, cycle length.
Develop a robust sales forecasting model in partnership with the Director of Sales.
Translate raw data into actionable insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Sales Enablement & Collateral Management
Create & manage a central repository for sales collateral (case studies, decks, proposals, battle cards).
Ensure reps get the right content at the right stage of the sales cycle.
Streamline onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
4. Strategic & Cross-Functional Partnership
Act as the right-hand to the Director of Sales on strategy & operations.
Collaborate with Marketing for seamless lead handoff (MQL → SQL).
Partner with Finance for commissions, forecasting & revenue recognition.
5. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, or related).
5–7 years experience in Sales/Revenue Operations in B2B tech.
LeadSquared CRM expertise (preferred).
Proven success in sales process design, lead routing & territory management.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets & strong analytical skills.
Project management excellence; ability to juggle priorities.
A builder mindset with ownership-driven execution.
Preferred experience:
B2B EdTech or SaaS
BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
Sales engagement/marketing automation tools integrated with LeadSquared
