Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling designs for our

YouTube channels, social media platforms, and various other print and digital creatives. Your role will

involve:

● Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for the Print Medium (newspaper ads,

hoardings, posters, pamphlets, brochures & more), social media platforms (thumbnails, posts,

channel art, and stories), and various other creatives that align with current trends and

stakeholder needs.

● Innovation: Proactively suggest and implement creative design ideas to enhance the overall

quality and impact of educational materials and promotional content.

● Consistency: Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual style across all design materials to

promote brand recognition and engagement.

● Adaptability: Continuously learn and adapt to new design trends and techniques to stay ahead

in the ever-evolving design landscape.

Requirements:

● Proven experience of upto 4 years as a Graphic Designer

● Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere

Pro, etc.)

● Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.

● Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for YouTube, social media platforms, and

various other creatives.
