Description
i. Experience
(Must Have)
1. Ensures the Secure and Optimum performance of all ERP systems across
organisations,
2. Coordinate with team and resolves any ERP related hardware, software,
user access or other problems,
3. Coordinate with various stake holder in the organisation and Vendors to
assure optimum usability and uptime of ERP across organization,
4. Handle all the stumbling blocks of the organisation on integration of any
new/existing system, provide overall ownership and support for
maintenance and continued use of ERP across Organization,
5. Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the ERP
Services and availability of the same in all end user devices,
6. Experience in hosting and managing ERP in AWS or Similar hosting
platform and managed ERP in a Hybrid model,
7. Understands UI/UX, cross-browser/end user system compatibility and
coordinate with Vendor to ensure optimum ERP Usage by the End User,
8. Align all ERP Initiatives to overall organisation’s productivity/performance.
ii.
Experience
(Good to
Have)
1. Knowledge and working experience in Frameworks, Mobile Application
Developments, RDBMS, Chatbot and AI,
2. Have managed product development from Concept to Deployment.
3 Qualification
and Skill Set
1. B. Tech or Degree in Computer Science,
2. ERP Deployment Experience (Preferably from Higher Education) is a must,
3. Certifications in any Programming Languages/ Database. Prepare technical
documentation.
