We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead strategic business development efforts within standalone nursing colleges and university nursing programs. This role involves leveraging a strong network of key academic decision-makers, such as Vice Chancellors, Deans, and Principals, to forge new partnerships and expand program outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Develop and execute strategies for partnerships with nursing colleges and university programs.
- Identify and secure long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners.

Relationship Management:

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partnerships.

Program Development and Expansion:

- Collaborate with academic teams to design nursing programs that align with partner needs.
- Implement strategies for expanding program presence in target markets.

Market Insights and Analysis:

- Monitor trends and activities in the nursing education sector.
- Adjust strategies based on market insights and competitive analysis.

Revenue Growth and Performance:

- Oversee partnership performance and ensure financial targets are met.
- Focus on maintaining high-quality relationships while achieving revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with marketing, academics, and operations teams to deliver on partner expectations.
- Track program success and refine strategies for improvement.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

- 8-12 years of experience in business development, with a focus on education partnerships.
- Proven record of managing partnerships with senior academic leaders.
- Strong network within the nursing education sector.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Relevant degree in business, education, or healthcare-related fields (additional qualifications in nursing education are a plus).
