Roles and Responsibilities:
- Continuously enhance and deliver curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Guide, mentor, and lead students in research projects.
- Evaluate, monitor, and support students’ academic progress.
- Develop and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
- Assess, review, and improve student learning experiences.
- Assist students in securing career opportunities in domains like Computer Science and Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Science, AIML, and IoT.
- Challenge students to think critically, learn innovatively, and excel academically.
- Develop core curriculum and deliver course material effectively.
- Publish research, attend conferences, and deliver presentations to build a strong research network.
- Utilize modern tools and technologies to enhance student understanding.
- Engage in high-quality research and regularly publish in top-ranked journals.
- Write research funding proposals.
- Organize seminars and events to facilitate industry interactions.
- Review teaching methodologies and recommend improvements.
Profile Requirements:
- Strong interest and expertise in curriculum development and teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Desire to publish in reputed journals and secure external research funding.
- Ph.D. in CS/CSE or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience, including supervision of bachelor’s and master’s theses.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of pedagogical tools and processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Qualifications :
Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in CS/CSE or related fields with a strong research and academic background. Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in relevant disciplines are mandatory.
Associate Professor:
Minimum of 8 years of teaching and research experience as an Assistant Professor in higher education. At least 7 research publications in highly reputed journals.
